These Terms & Conditions govern the use of GITCS’s website and services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
Scope of Services
GITCS provides professional IT consultancy and development services, including but not limited to:
- Website & web application development
- Mobile application development
- ERP & CRM solutions
- SaaS product development
- Custom software and system integration
Detailed scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercials are defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property developed remains the property of GITCS until full payment is received
- Upon settlement of dues, ownership is transferred as defined in the agreement
- GITCS retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless restricted by NDA
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate requirements and timely approvals
- Ensuring legality and ownership of supplied content
- Adhering to agreed timelines and communication protocols
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery schedules and costs.
Payments & Invoicing
- Payments must follow agreed milestones and timelines
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information exchanged during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
GITCS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses caused by third-party services or platforms
- Issues arising from client-provided instructions or materials
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the services rendered.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per contract terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain enforceable.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.
