Refund Policy

GITCS provides professional IT consultancy and development services, including website development, mobile applications, ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and custom software solutions.

Due to the customized, service-oriented nature of our work, this policy defines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Service Engagements

All payments made to GITCS are non-refundable by default, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Once a project has commenced, resources are allocated, timelines are reserved, and work begins immediately. As such:

  • Payments for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable
  • Advance payments secure resource allocation and project scheduling

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • A specific refund clause exists in the signed agreement
  • GITCS is unable to initiate the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons

Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting:

  • Work already completed
  • Time and resources allocated
  • Administrative and processing costs

SaaS & Subscription Products (If Applicable)

For SaaS-based products:

  • Access is granted immediately upon subscription activation
  • No refunds are provided once access is enabled, unless contractually specified
  • Trial periods (if offered) are intended for evaluation prior to purchase

Project Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation does not imply entitlement to a refund unless stated in the agreement.
